Barn Bluff Regional Park Phase 1 Improvements In general, Work consists of the construction of trail and trailhead improvements for the Park. Work will consist of the mill and overlay, new parallel parking with curb and gutter for existing 5 th street, construction of an off-street parking lot, grading, concrete walks, specialty concrete walks, concrete stair with handrail, historic concrete stair restoration, design-build of interpretive signage and structures, cut stone site features, cut stone and fieldstone retaining walls, natural trail stabilization and improvements. Also included is the installation of storm sewer and drain tile pipe within the park and through the existing channel that extends along the parking lot portion of the Project Site. Work also shall comprise of miscellaneous site improvements, site furniture, removals, restoration, signing, pavement markings, pedestrian ramps and correlated appurtenances.
