Drop Off the Sealed Bid During These Hours: Mondays, From 8:00am to 12:00pm; Wednesdays 2:00pm to 5:00pm; and Fridays From 8:00am to 10:00am; City Hall is Closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Base Bid Will Be Required to Accompany Bids.
