Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility.
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) project to design and construct a mobility hub at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. The hub will consist of a 1,750-car parking garage, 75 employee parking stalls, bus parking, a bus transit center, and other facilities to support bus operations. Initial programming, basis of design, slope stability report, and preliminary geotechnical report have been completed. VCBO Architecture and team have been selected to provide the design. The fixed contract price limit is $99,500,000.00.
