Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work includes the following items of work: mobilization, traffic control, placing crack seal material in pavement cracks on residential roads, complete; including cleaning and preparing cracks; placing skin patch material on residential roads including cleaning and preparing damaged areas; placing asphalt slurry seal coat; furnishing and applying traffic paint striping; and all related appurtenant work; all in accordance with Drawings and Specifications. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. All questions relative to the project including how to acquire plans shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted. The Contractor will commence the work required by the Contract Documents within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed; and will complete the same within One Hundred Days (120) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed; unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the Contract Documents.
