Renovation of an educational facility in Corona, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain information that will enable the District to select a lease-leaseback Contractor using the "best value" competitive procurement process pursuant to the provisions of Education Code section 17406 and BP/AR 7600 that can assist the District with both preconstruction services and construction services.
