Installation of storm sewer pipe, manholes and draintile in Windsor Ridge Park, Iowa City, Iowa. Work also includes minor grading of the surrounding area to promote better drainage. Removal and re-installation of multi-use trail and site restoration will also be required. Substantial Completion Date: August 14, 2020 (pipe installation) Final Completion Date: September 30, 2020 (seeding) Liquidated Damages: $240 per day. Bid Bond/Bid Security not required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for a period of five (5) year(s) after its completion and formal acceptance by the City Council.
