Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cody, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope - Completion of an on-site investigation of existing conditions, furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials in performing alloperations necessary for the complete and proper installation of ADA compliant concrete sidewalks and parking padsand miscellaneous site workat new toilet buildings and all necessary grading and excavation to complete these tasks. The general components of the work to be performed under these specifications includeEagle Point Day Use Area at Buffalo Bill State Park; Camp Jack Campground atCurt GowdyState Park; Sprillway Day Use Area at Guernsey State Park and Wind Creek Boat Ramp at Keyhole State Park. The concrete and site work is for vault toilets which are being replaced at four locations. The completion of the installation of the new toilets is scheduled before the end of May, 2020. Questions must be submitted on-line only by May 22, 2020. No bid bond and no performance bond are requiredfor projects under $50,000.00. When the bid exceeds $50,000.00 the successful bidder must, within twenty (20) calendar days after notification of the award, deliver to the owner an executed Contractor's Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of at least equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the accepted bid as security for the faithful performance of the contract.
