The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. This is a RO awarded project that we are collaborating with AISD on to build a new facility for the Rosedale School. This project consists of a 75,000 SF new school with an attached 20,000 SF medical clinic. The scope includes demolition of the existing school and site (Lucy Read Pre-K/Doss Elementary) where the new facility will be built. New construction will consist of new facility and all site work, landscape and hardscape for construction of the associated sports field, play courts, gardens, playgrounds, and water detention & water quality. Civil is being bid for award based on 100% site development drawings . Awarding trades include demolition, abatement, earthwork, erosion control, utilities, fencing, pavement markings, and retaining walls. 2. Concrete , steel, underground MEP, and elevators are be priced off of 25% CDs issued within this drawing package. This is to establish our GMP for these scopes. Pricing should be based on intent of the plans, completing missing or underdeveloped details. 3. Provide budgetary pricing for remaining scopes based on your expertise with aspects of this project type and construction methods. Please clearly indicate any inclusions, exclusions, and required qualifications of your scope of work. Cost savings suggestions are always welcome.
