Renovation of a road / highway in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is seeking bids for procurement, installation, maintenance and training of three automated asphalt binder extractors. The asphalt extractors shall be installed at Wisconsin DOT regional labs in three separate locations. Machines will get extensive use by department staff for routine quality verification testing of asphalt binder content of Hot Mix Asphalt materials. Communications or questions regarding the specifications, or special conditions of bid should be written and submitted through eSupplier soon as possible, but no later than 5/26/2020. Questions may also be emailed to the purchasing agent listed below. Questions shall not be received nor addressed via telephone. The State retains the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or accept or reject any part of a bid deemed to be in the best interest of the State. The State shall be the sole judge as to compliance with the specifications contained in this RFB.
