Construction, Testing, and Startup of the Phase 1 Pipeline and San Jacinto Valley Feeder Cathodic Protection Improvements, which is comprised of a pipeline, cathodic protection, and related appurtenances. Schedule A includes construction of approximately 2.25 miles of 60-inch diameter welded steel (cement mortar lined and coated) raw water transmission pipeline including valves, cathodic protection, and appurtenances. The pipeline is generally located along Esplanade Avenue, Sanderson Avenue, and Commonwealth Avenue between Warren Road and Kirby Street in the Cities of San Jacinto and Hemet. Schedule A is subject to United States Bureau of Reclamation funding requirements. Schedule B includes cathodic protection improvements for the existing 33-inch and 39- inch San Jacinto Valley Feeder pipelines. The 39-inch pipeline is located in Warren Road between Esplanade Avenue and Cottonwood Avenue in the City of San Jacinto. The 33- inch pipeline is located in Commonwealth Avenue between Kirby Street and Mountain Avenue in the Cities of San Jacinto and Hemet. Project Location: Cities of San Jacinto and Hemet. Pipeline located along Esplanade Avenue, Sanderson Avenue, and Commonwealth Avenue between Warren Road and Kirby Street. The flow control and chlorination facility is located near the intersection of Esplanade Avenue and Warren Road. Separate performance and payment bonds, each for 100 percent of the contract amount, will be required. General Contractors wishing to prequalify shall identify their anticipated surety companies.
