Renovation of a municipal facility in Chesterfield, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For all labor, equipment and materials to perform replacements of the following equipment as specified in the project documents: water source heat pumps, cooling towers, and boilers. Replacements to occur at four Chesterfield County schools: Crenshaw Elementary School (11901 Bailey Bridge Rd, Midlothian, VA 23112), Jacobs Road Elementary School (8800 Jacobs Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832), Providence Elementary School (11001 W Providence Rd, Richmond, VA 23236), Weaver Elementary School (3600 James River Rd, Midlothian, VA 23113) Questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation may be addressed to Joseph Patterson, Senior Contract Officer, at (804) 717-6307, or by email to procurement@chesterfield.gov. Inquiries must be received by COB May 19, 2020 in order to be considered. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other County representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder from this transaction
