Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work contemplated by the Contract Documents includes the Work of all trades required and all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary and incidental to the Work indicated. The work of this contract includes selective demolition and renovations of existing construction. The work required by the Contract Documents includes the Work of all trades required and all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary and incidental to the Work indicated. The following descriptions of the Work represent a brief summary of the Project. For additional and more complete information refer to the Project Manual and Drawings. The Drawings indicate and show limits of construction for this Project. The Drawings and Project Manual are complementary to each other and both shall be followed to complete the Work. Complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing compositions down to wood deck and install laminated architectural asphalt shingles. Work also includes lower roofs with gutter installation. Reinstallation of snow tabs and rain diverters. Remove and replace roofing and associated work of Building 1 Base Bid shall include complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing system a Building 1, as indicated on the project drawings. 3-Tab asphalt shingles are to be removed down to plywood sheathing and replaced with new, architectural grade asphalt shingles. Work also include reinstallation of snow tabs and rain diverters. Removal and installation of existing lower roof gutters and installation of vinyl soffit.
