**As of 7/16/2020 Start date will be sometime in August. Open cut removal and replacement of 500 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer. Open cut removal and replacement of 16 linear feet of 10-inch diameter sanitary sewer. Open cut removal and replacement of 6 linear feet of 15-inch diameter sanitary sewer. Installation of 181 linear feet of 8-inch diameter Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner. Installation of 153 linear feet of 10-inch diameter CIPP liner. Installation of 1,926 linear feet of 15-inch diameter CIPP liner. Rehabilitation and/or repairs to 18 manholes. Bid Security must accompany each Bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond, each for 100 percent of the Bid amount, as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible Bidder (Successful Bidder). Such a Bidder shall possess the skill, ability, and integrity necessary for the faithful performance of the work. The term "lowest responsible and eligible Bidder" as used herein shall mean the Bidder whose Bid is the lowest of those Bidders possessing the skill, ability and integrity necessary to the faithful performance of the Work. OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities if it is in Owner's best interest to do so, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional Bids.
