The Project includes, but is not limited to the following general items of work:Construction of 5;and 8; wide concrete trail and ramps, approximately 3000 linear feet,storm drainage improvements, retaining walls and bridge. RFIs may not receive a response if not received prior to June 1, 2020 by 1:00 PM. Bidding Security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be furnished.The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities in the bidding forms. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
