Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Aransas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of a new 12 waterline of 1,899 feet extension to be constructed along the Harbor Island Rd. Clarification Deadline: 6/1/2020 12:00 AM This is a lump sum contract. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashiers check for not less than 5% of the maximum amount of the Bid (Base Bid plus all possible combinations of Additive and Alternate Bid Items). Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract price. The project generally consists of extending an existing 12" HDPE private water service with approximately 1,900 linear feet of 12" C900 PVC and 80 linear feet of 12" ductile iron pipe located at Harbor Island. Scope of work to include connecting to existing HDPE service and connecting to an above ground water tank, to include fittings, restraints, valves, pipe supports, thrust blocking, site clearing, pavement repairs, fencing repairs, water line testing and acceptance.
