Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Port Aransas, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,870-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The new Wilson Cottages are located at the University of Texas Marine Science Institute at 750 E. Cotter Port Aransas Texas. The project base bid consists of the Construction of 7 new single-Story Multi-Purpose buildings that house approximately 11,870 square feet of student and faculty living space, storage space and recreational functions, the project includes new site paving, site drainage, and other site improvements. There are additive alternates including the addition of buildings up to a maximum of 14 buildings totaling 19,436 square feet. The budget range for the project is approximately $3,750,000.00 to $4,200,000.00. All risks of failure to arrive timely shall be on the Respondent. The following is the submittal schedule and documents required: (1) SEALED SUBMISSION NO. 1 - Section 6 (Execution of Offer); Section 7 (Pricing and Delivery Schedule); and Letter of Bonding Capacity are due by the date and time indicated in Section 2.3.Provide a single .pdf of all required documents for Submission No. 1 - the UT Box drop box must be used to submit responses.
