City of Port Aransas, Texas is requesting bids for the construction of a new Harbor Masters Facility, Municipal Pavilion Renovations and Associated Site Work . The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project consists of the construction of a new Harbor Master's Facility, renovations to the existing Main Pavilion, associated site work and bulkhead repair and other minor renovations to existing Park Structures. Bidders must submit a Cashiers or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to City of Port Aransas, or a Proposal Bond from a reliable surety company, payable to City of Port Aransas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into a contract using the forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award to contract to him.
