Clackamas County is seeking Proposals from vendors to provide is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to provide project management, survey, environmental studies and permitting services, stormwater and hydraulic services, utility coordination, geotechnical, traffic engineering, public outreach, and the development of both preliminary design criteria and final PS&E (Plans, Specifications and Estimates) design, right-of-way services, and bid assistance for the Stafford Rd (Pattulo Wy to Rosemont Rd) Improvements Project. The resulting contract from this RFP require the consultant to begin work in September 2020 with construction set to commence in the winter of 2023. Clackamas County encourages proposals from Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Businesses. The duration of the design of this project is assumed to be from August 2020 through October 2022 for the completion of design and right-of-way tasks. Bidding and Construction will occur between November 2022 and December 2024. This scope of services does not include construction engineering or construction support but may be added at the discretion of the County towards the end of the design phase through a contract amendment.
