The renovation will include removing the existing wall between spaces 3054 and 3056 and stairs and mezzanines within each space and the construction of a new second floor that spans both spaces. The renovation will create new first floor and second floor spaces within the project area. The new first floor area will contain 12 to 14 GFGI physical therapy tables about the perimeter of the space with a cabinet between each table. The new second floor will include a Storage space and an Office/Equipment space. The remaining open area within the new second floor will be used as a Recovery Space with GFGI chairs located within it. The project area will be designated for able-bodied only personnel but compliance with ADA regulations to the greatest extent practical is required. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $39,500,000.00.
