Renovation of a municipal facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
We extend this bid to provide labor, materials, delivery, equipment and all other incidentals necessary to clean exterior of the building, wet-glaze all exterior windows, and waterproof all exterior brick and sandstone walls on the Jefferson Parish District Attorney's Office located at 100 Derbigny, Gretna, LA 70053. A Bid Bond will be required with bid submission in the amount of 5% of the total bid submitted. Acceptable forms shall be limited to cashiers check, certified check, money order or surety bid bond. While the Purchasing Department is closed to the public, if you have anyquestions, please contact the department at (504) 364-2678 or e-mailpurchasing @jeffparish.net for assistance. A Payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount will be required. Payment bond shall be produced upon contract execution. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount will be required. Performance bond shall be produced upon contract execution.
