Our plan is to review the project design and re-bid the work at a later date. We hope you will consider bidding the project at that time. The estimated range of construction cost is $350,000.00 to $400,000.00. TPWD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities in connection therewith. THIS PROJECT INCLUDES HYDRAULIC DREDGING TO ADD FILL MATERIAL TO AN EXISTING MARSH RESTORATION SITE. THE EXISTING SITE INCLUDES PREVIOUSLY CONSTRUCTED CONTAINMENT BERMS, A RIPRAP PROTECTED TIDAL EXCHANGE CHANNEL, AND MARSH PARCEL CONTAINING HYDRAULICALLY PLACED MATERIAL. BASE WORK UNDER THIS PROJECT INCLUDES ALL WORK ITEMS TO COMPLETE HYDRAULIC DREDGING AND PLACEMENT OF MATERIAL TO INCREASE MARSH ELEVATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. WORK INCLUDED IN THE BID OPTION INCLUDES ACCEPTANCE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY. In order to receive the Teams calendar invitation to the pre-bid on-line video conference, Bidders must pre-register. Following the on-line video conference, the Point presentation will be posted to TPWDs website and the Electronic State Business Daily Further, once the undersigned has mobilized equipment to the site the work will be completed within 90 Notice to Bidders C19 (07012020) Page 2 of 2 calendar days, referred to as the active construction period. The active construction period can be scheduled at any point within the 180 calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Undersigned further agrees that once mobilized, construction activities will be continuous until completion.
