Site work for a civil project in Port Arthur, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
It is the intent of the Contract Documents to provide the requirements and specification for the construction associated with Jefferson County Drainage District No. 7 (DD7) Improvements to Shamrock Ditch from Beauxart Garden Rd. to N. Kilarney Dr.& Rodair Lateral 3 from Beauxart Garden Rd. to the Jefferson County Airport property boundary. BASE BID: The project scope for the base bid includes but is not limited to: Clearing and grubbing of brush and trees within the DD7 right-of-way Excavation and shaping of the existing channel to the lines and grades shown in the plans and preparation for concrete lining construction Contractor may reuse topsoil and sod for the final grading and sodding activity as described in Bid Items The placement of 6" concrete lining to the lines and grades shown on the plans Final site clean-up and grading and the placement of Saint Augustine grass sod in all disturbed areas of the project as described in the plans and specifications The project requires that the construction be completed and ready for use by the Owner in the time specified in this document.
