Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moline, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The purpose of this Request for Statements of Qualifications is to solicit SOQ's from qualified design firms for the City of Moline, Illinois to perform engineering services for the development of plans and specifications for the construction a full concrete deck replacement and installation of a new pedestrian let-down structure on the 16th Street viaduct connecting downtown Moline to the Rock Island Arsenal. The City invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for consideration. Responding firms may be selected for interviews and will be evaluated without discrimination and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws based on the evaluative criteria set forth herein.There will be no public opening or reading of responses. Fees will not be a consideration in the evaluation process .
