As of December 07, 2021, project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. The Work includes the following major items: Rehabilitating the existing raw water main piping at the Crofton Meadows II Water Treatment Plant piping including, but not limited to: replacing an existing section of 36" ductile iron pipe; adding a new gate valve and new plug valve for isolation; adding a tapping sleeve and valve on a new 36" bypass line; installing a temporary line stop; all associated appurtenances and any other work necessary to complete the project at the Crofton Meadows II WTP A. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for and incidental to construction of the proposed raw water main modifications complete and in place, including the protection and maintenance of existing structures, facilities and utilities and the restoration of disturbed or damaged property, all asspecified herein or shown on the Drawings. B. The Contractor shall be held solely responsible for all necessary coordination between the various County, State or Federal agencies, utility companies, his sub-contractors, and the Engineer for the duration of this Contract. C. The work generally consists of rehabilitating the existing raw water main piping at the Crofton Meadows II Water Treatment Plant including, but not limited to: replacing an existing section of 36" ductile iron pipe; new plug valve and gate valves for isolation; tapping sleeve and valve for a new 36" bypass line; installing a temporary line stop; all associated appurtenances, complete and in place, including the protection and maintenance of existing structures, facilities and utilities and restoration of disturbed or damaged property, all as specified herein or shown on the Contract Drawings.
