**The anticipated completion date is 90 calendar days from the start date..** Project: Stw92001b Bendix Woods Stormwater Management This Project Entails an Installation of a Stormwater Network on the Bendix Woods and Navistar Sites. At the Bendix Woods Site There Will Be an Addition of a Drainage Swale, Bio-swale, Detention Pond, Stormwater Pipe and Pavement. At the Navistar Site There Will Be Installation of Stormwater Pipe Andadetention Pond. The Main Purpose of the Project is to Remediate Drainage Issues. Said Bids Must Be Accompanied With a Certified Check Made Payable to St. Joseph County, Indiana or Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Surety Company in a Sum of Not Less Than Ten Percent [10%] of the Total Amount of the Bid, Together With a Non-collusive Affidavit as Prescribed in Form 96, Revised 2013. The Bidder Awarded the Contract Will Be Required to Furnish a Separate Payment, Performance and Maintenance Bonds Before Commencing Work. The Payment and Performance Bonds Shall Remain in Effect Throughout the Entire Construction Period in an Amount Equal to the Awarded Contract Amount. The Required Maintenance Bond Shall Remain in Effect Foraperiod of Three Years From the Date of Final Acceptance in an Amount of 10 Percent [10%] of the Awarded Contract Amount.
