Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Northampton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Northampton is seeking sealed bid proposals for the construction of Olander Drive Extension and Memorial Park at Village Hill in Northampton, MA. This project generally consists of the construction of approximately 300 linear feet of roadway, including utilities, sidewalk and a retaining wall. Work also includes a trail connection and the proposed Memorial Park located on the east side of Olander Drive. The project is subject to state prevailing wage rates. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Amount. The City of Northampton will determine the most advantageous proposal from a responsible and qualified proposer, taking into consideration price and other criteria. All attached certifications must be completed. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding and to reject any and all bids if it deems it to be in the Owner's interest to do so.
