City of Keene, is seeking bids for Reconstruct Taxiway 'A' (3,500' X 35') Reconstruct Taxiway 'A3' (440' X 35') & Reconstruct Taxiway 'T' (250' X 5') Bid No. 01-20-32. The full solicitation is posted on the DuBois & King's portal. Questions regarding this project shall be directed to Mark Goodrich, PE (603-637-1043, MGoodrich@DuBois- King.com) or Jeffrey Titus, Manager of Purchasing and Contract Services, in writing, via the current project database electronically. The hyperlink will be sent to all bidders that have downloaded a copy of the plans. Once the bidder requests plans via the portal, an email will be sent to the email address provided containing a link to download the bid documents and plan set. Addendums and other additional or revised Contract Documents will be available electronically only and it is the Bidder's sole responsibility to check the portal for additions or revisions up to the day prior to the due date for Proposals listed above. Addendums and other additional or revised Contract Documents will not be transmitted directly to Bidders or Plan Holders. Bid Security: Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the bid. Bid security may be in the form of a certified check drawn upon a bank within the State of New Hampshire, or a bid bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Hampshire, made payable to the Owner. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a separate 100% Payment Bond and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of his bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid, to waive any informality on bids received, and to omit any item or items deemed advisable for the best interest of the Owner. Attention of bidders is called particularly to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract. Bidders will be expected to comply with DBE requirements of 49CFR Part 23. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the contract documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 180 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
