Renovation of a municipal facility in Keene, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Description The City of Keene is seeking bids from qualified contractors to replace LP gas fired condensing boiler(s) at the Public Works Facility located at 350 Marlboro Street, Keene NH. The Bid is intended to supply all needed materials to install a new hot water condensing boiler system with all the required components. The new boiler shall be integrated into the existing Honeywell control system. The replacement of boiler #1 is a priority as it is currently out of commission, boiler #2 will require replacement in the near future and will be identical to boiler#1. Sealed bids will also be accepted at the office of Purchasing and Contract Services, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 3 Washington Street, Keene, NH 03431.
