Construction Contract B-42900 includes Des 2000166. The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Bridge Scoping Inspection Reports, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Scour Analysis, and Bridge Rehabilitation Design, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services such as Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, as needed) may also be required. INDOT will provide real estate acquisition services, if needed. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
