Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

This project shall includes the removal and replacement of heat exchangers in Central Plant #1. The Central Plant #1 Well Pump & Piping of the 175 Well Pump including the Motor. The new discharge pump head will tie into the existing piping. Two 12 (Cla-Val) valves shall be refurbished/ rebuilt. The existing heat exchangers shall be replaced with new double wall heat exchangers. Valves, specialties, controls, etc, associated with the heat exchangers shall be replaced.. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with the project as outlined in the plans and specs. Questions deadline Wednesday, June 3, 2020 3:00 PM
