Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of July 8,2020 Project was awarded to Diamond Contractors but award amount was not confirmed. Project area is approximately 18 acres. Work includes: retaining and protecting existing improvements, grubbing existing surface material in landscape and hauling off site, strip and stockpile topsoil, earthwork, utility extension, base prep and utility rough-in for Pre-manufactured Concrete Restroom (owner purchased and installed), one (1) 24 foot by 30 foot shelter (steel shelter system), prep for future playground, plumbing and electrical, concrete pavement, asphalt pathway, pressure irrigation, amending/spreading topsoil, and landscaping. Owner will purchase Pre-manufactured concrete restroom. Restroom manufacturer will install and connect to contractor provided utility rough-in. Coordinate schedule with owner per the schedule listed in Instructions to Bidders.
