Nampa Fish Hatchery Reconstruction IDFG reserves the right to reject any all proposals , to waive any irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the the proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the department. Consultant will work with IDFG Engineering Program and Fisheries staff to obtain any regulatory permits necessary for project implementation. 2. Consultant should have the ability to apply for the secure grant and other funding sources if needed or requested by IDFG. Questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing or email to Clint Worthington, Engineering Program, and received no later than May 29, 2023, 12:00 p.m. mountain time (MT). Changes to these specifications will be made by written addendum. Verbal responses will not be binding on IDFG or Proposer. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered.
