Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the removal of the existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, valley metal, pre-manufactured ridge vent and roof jacks at all roof penetrations. Install new asphalt shingles over new underlayment, waterproof underlayment at roof eave, valleys and vertical wall transitions, new pre-finished metal valley flashing, roof jacks and premanufactured ridge vent. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add altemates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $170,000
