Renovation of a municipal facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations necessary for the Fleet Management Restrooms Renovation Phase II project. The work shall include Interior renovations and/or demolition including but not limited to plumbing fixtures, paving, stripping, men, women and unisex bathrooms (3 men, 3 female and an unisex restroom), walls and walls openings, partitions, signs, doors, hardware, flooring, ceilings, ramps, partial HVAC work, vents, bathroom fixtures, paint, light fixtures, fire protection, plumbing work, mechanical work, electrical work and all other improvements/repairs required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications and/or permits and approvals for the construction of this project. The customer lounge is to be completely removed and infill the area with new parking pavement. Also, maintaining the existing Fleet Management systems in operation while working with the plumbing, the mechanical, the electrical power and the lighting is to be included in the bid. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
