As of June 30 , 2020 Eureka Construction, Inc. bid amount of $1,291,413.30 were awarded the contract. The anticipated start date is early to mid July. Sanitary Sewer (8") 630 Lin. Ft. Lighting 6 Each This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond naming the City of Maple Grove as obligee, certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of Maple Grove or a cash deposit equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. Each bid shall also be accompanied by an approved affirmative action certification. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 30 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids will be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date and time set for opening bids. Payment for the work will be by cash or check. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interest of the City.
