Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription Rang Tout-de-Joie - Road works, paving and granular resurfacing and the tenderer must be clearly identified. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the Notice to tenderers of standard BNQ 1809-900 / 2019.
