As of July 30,2020 Project was awarded to Runnebohm Construction, but award amount was not confirmed. For RFP D/B - Light Industrial Shell Building The Henry County Redevelopment Commission ("Commission") is requesting proposals from prospective entities interested in submitting a proposal to develop, design, build, finance and operate a new 50,000 square foot light industrial shell building, all pursuant to a public-private partnership agreement to be entered into between the Commission and the recommended and approved responder to the Request for Proposals ("RFP") in accordance with Ind. Code 5-23. Responses to this RFP shall be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Commission in the amount of $10,000.00. The Commission reserves the right to terminate this RFP process and to reject any and all proposals.
