Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The improvement includes reconstruction of Glendale Cemetery roads including pavement removal, intake removal, intake construction, cement subgrade treatment, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) curb and gutter, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) paving, backfilling, seeding and restoration, and other miscellaneous work; all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File Nos. 619-001/044 in Glendale Cemetery at 4903 University Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
