Snow and Ice Control Deicing Chemicals The CIDG Group may elect to award a multi-vendor contract based on unit prices and other factors, including but not limited to references, past experience, product availability, and product performance. Bidders should understand that factors other than price will be used to evaluate the proposals. This quotation is for the July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, season Bids received after the announced time and date of receipt, by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. Unit price shall be final and the CIDG reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive nonmaterial irregularities and technicalities as determined to be the best interest of said CIDG. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible contractor or in any way restrain or restrict competition. The City of West Des Moines (CIDG Administrator) reserves the right to award in part or in whole.
