The Contract shall commence on the date on the Notice to Proceed Letter and shall remain in effect until Inspection and Final Acceptance of all required work for the Project and completion of all required services. The anticipated Contract Term under this IFB is for two hundred and seventy for (274) calendar days. During the period between issuance of this IFB and the Bid due date, no oral interpretation of the IFB requirements will be provided to any prospective Bidder. Requests for interpretation (and other questions) must be made in writing by the questions deadline either online or via email to Antoinette.Lewis@pur.hctx.net. The deadline for submission of questions relating to this IFB is June 5, 2020 no later than 12:00 PM CST.
