Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lake Country, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Districts intention is to have the new Irvine Booster Station constructed and commissioned outside of irrigation season (between the end of September 2024 and end of April 2025). Construction of the Irvine Booster Station will involve the installation and commissioning of four pumps, which have been pre purchased by the District, and which will free issued by the Owner to the Contractor at the Place of the Work. The Project will also include all necessary tie-ins to the Districts distribution system, decommissioning of the existing Site 1 and Site 2 booster pump stations, and disconnection of the existing Site 1 reservoir, all while keeping the existing water system running with as little interruption as possible. The Project is located within a statutory right-of-way across two separate private lots and requires strong communication with both homeowners. TIMELINE: Tender for for general contractor RFP #2023-077B is closed, award is pending. Award information is unreleased. Coverage is discontinued.
