Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Lake Country, British Columbia. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The District of Lake Country requires the services of an experienced land survey company to undertake survey work to establish and address property boundary issues along the following corridors: 8.33 km section along Carrs Landing Road, Lake Country, BC. 5.65 km section along Okanagan Centre West, Lake Country, BC. The survey work shall include field work to collect legal evidence, creation of a cadastral base for each corridor, identification of anomalies, and provision of data to update the District's GIS system. The District anticipates executing a contract for the Services as a result of this RFP no later than August 12, 2022. All Services must be complete before October 31, 2022. A second phase of the project (the Optional Work), may also be added to the Services at a later date, which will involve resolution of any anomalies/issues identified during the Services. This Optional Work will require involvement of a team member who is commissioned as a BCLS. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
