Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals from qualified and experienced roadway maintenance contractors, to provide maintenance services for the District's ~207 kilometres of roads and ~59 kilometres of sidewalks. A summary of the services required is as follows: Contract Term: 5 years, commencing June 1, 2023 and expiring on May 31, 2028. The Contract will contain an option to extend the term for up to 5 additional years, thereby allowing for a total potential contract term of 10 years should all extensions be exercised. Service Scope: roadway and sidewalk maintenance services, including; Winter season snow and ice control Gravel road maintenance Road Sweeping Roadway patrolling & provision of call centre Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents.
