The intent of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to obtain Proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply, delivery, and installation of a digital signage system which includes software, hardware, and services for TVs, projectors, and screens across various civic facilities. The signage software may be cloud-based or installed on-premises and should be able to support different content types, graphics and provide separate controls for different departments. Services should include delivery, installation, configuration, graphics and content design at implementation, technical and user training for each installation, on-going software updates & upgrades, trouble-shooting, and technical support. The City intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term with four (4), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years at the City's sole discretion, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements of this RFP.
