Replacement of the crane cab, trolley system, all electrical components / cables, ash crane clamshell; replacement of the existing monorail system with a bridge crane system, using semi-automatic controls throughout. TIMELINE: Request for qualifications for an engineering study to complete the detailed design is closed; successful proponent was not released.
