Project Description: Sitework to accommodate ADA Parking and sidewalk, remodeling the public restrooms to meet ADA Requirements, replacing light fixtures and adding some overhead door operators to the existing shop doors at the Egan Fish Hatchery in Bicknell Utah. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission and in U3P. Due to COVID-19, the Contractor will be expected to follow State guidelines for protective equipment, social distancing, sanitation requirement, etc. while working on the Project. If any member of the Construction Team is feeling ill, has been around anyone that is or has been ill, has a fever, cough, etc. they are asked to stay home to help prevent the spread of the illness. The Contractor is required to contact the DFCM Project Manager Craig Mackay as soon as possible if there are any delays due to illness or manufacture supplies due to COVID-19.
