Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bicknell, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Description: Sitework to accommodate ADA Parking and sidewalk, remodeling the public restrooms to meet ADA Requirements, replacing light fixtures and adding some overhead door operators to the existing shop doors at the Egan Fish Hatchery in Bicknell Utah. The Base Bid will include all work as outlined in the Plans and Specs Questions Deadline Monday, June 8, 2020 3:00 PM For questions relating to U3P, please email sciquestadmin@utah.gov. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission and in U3P. Due to COVID-19, the Contractor will be expected to follow State guidelines for protective equipment, social distancing, sanitation requirement, etc. while working on the Project. If any member of the Construction Team is feeling ill, has been around anyone that is or has been ill, has a fever, cough, etc. they are asked to stay home to help prevent the spread of the illness. The Contractor is required to contact the DFCM Project Manager Craig Mackay as soon as possible if there are any delays due to illness or manufacture supplies due to COVID-19. The Division of Facilities Construction & Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State
