The site is located at 265 North 400 West in Bicknell, Utah. The construction budget is $36,000,000. Elementary School This portion of the CM/GC project includes demolition of a portion of the existing middle school and construction of a 38,000 (estimated) square foot replacement elementary on the middle school site with associated site work.
