Location: Various Albany OGS Locations. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No ,Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% , Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15%. Contract term: 1094 Days. Pursuant to State Finance Law 143(1), effective January 11, 2020, the required deposit will be waived upon request by any Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the Executive Law or any Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise certified pursuant to Article 17-B of the Executive Law. Contractors and other interested parties can order CD's on-line through a secure web interface available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $38,400 for B). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 for B.
