Renovation of a medical facility in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $20,000 for E.). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $250,000 and $ 500,000 for E. The substantial completion date for this project is 1,074 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.
