Site work for a water / sewer project in Rocky View County, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rocky View County is requesting this work be completed in order to resolve existing flooding issues on the impacted landowners within the community and convey the storm water efficiently to its outlet. Within the community of Country Lane Estates, there is an existing low lying wetland that has produced upland flooding affecting the adjacent homes. The area is lacking an adequate outlet to allow for controlled releases from the wetland. The County has developed a scope of work to allow for discharges to the downstream conveyance system which also requires some minor improvements.
